These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and easy24 ("easy24", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at easy24.bio. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the easy24 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, use of bonuses and promotions, and all related services.

By completing the easy24 account registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing a bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. easy24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all interpretations and disputes.

2.1 Age Requirement

easy24 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and access any part of the platform, including free-play or demo modes. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. easy24 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or permanently close any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 18. Any funds in an underage account will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on easy24. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. easy24 employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, easy24 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or details belonging to another person. easy24 is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) checks on all accounts, and providing false information will result in permanent account closure. The information you must provide at registration includes:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a valid government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 or older)
• Residential address (Bangladesh address required)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT)

2.4 KYC Verification

easy24 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, as a condition of continued platform access. You may be asked to submit copies of one or more of the following documents: a valid National ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification; a utility bill, bank statement, or other proof of address dated within the past three months; and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits is registered in your name). Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your easy24 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. easy24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 3.2 Account Activity

All bets, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals placed through your account are your sole responsibility. easy24 will honour all transactions conducted via your account credentials, regardless of whether those transactions were authorised by you personally, unless you have reported a security compromise in advance. You agree to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

3.3 Player Funds

easy24 holds player funds in accounts that are separated from the company's operational funds. Player balances shown in your easy24 account represent the BDT amount available to you for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. easy24 does not pay interest on player account balances.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. easy24 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, as detailed in the account management section of the platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your easy24 account at least once within any 12-month period.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

easy24 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). easy24 does not apply a currency conversion fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which easy24 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on easy24 is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume players may be asked to undergo enhanced KYC review. Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a previously set deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. easy24 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

easy24 applies a payment method matching policy for withdrawals: withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect players against fraudulent withdrawal attempts. Any remaining withdrawal balance above the deposited amount may be processed via an alternative verified payment method at easy24's discretion.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether made intentionally or accidentally — will be returned to the source account and the associated easy24 account may be suspended pending investigation. easy24 is not responsible for funds sent from incorrectly identified accounts.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

easy24 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, contributing game categories, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry timeframe are published alongside each individual promotion. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spins winnings credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from the bonus contribution list (as published per promotion) do not count toward wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

easy24 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as covering all outcomes) specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other players to complete bonus wagering; and using any automated tool to place bonus wagers.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

easy24 may run seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) season, Durga Puja, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

easy24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not disadvantage players who have already opted into and commenced wagering under the original promotion terms.

6.1 Placing Bets and Wagers

Once a bet or wager is confirmed on the easy24 platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet or wager before confirming it. easy24 is not liable for any bet placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selection of markets or games, or technical errors on the player's device or internet connection at the time of placement.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and wagers and vary by game, market, and betting category. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. easy24 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.3 Game Outcomes and RNG

All casino games on the easy24 platform — including slots, table games, and live dealer games — produce outcomes via certified random number generators (RNGs) operated and maintained by the game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). easy24 does not control, influence, or have access to the RNG systems of its game providers. 6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on easy24 is governed by the betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. 6.5 Void Bets

easy24 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: the bet was placed on an event that has already concluded; the odds or game parameters were published in error due to a technical fault; the bet was placed in circumstances that constitute fraud or collusion; or the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise rendered unable to produce a valid result under the applicable sport rules.

6.6 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session or sports betting transaction — including server failure, internet connectivity loss, or platform maintenance — easy24 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs and resolve the session fairly. easy24 is not liable for losses arising from a player's own device or connection failure. In cases of platform-side error, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the easy24 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own details, fabricated details, or another person's details
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit bonus offers
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such errors to easy24 support
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the easy24 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting or bonus-farming strategies designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or compromise the security of the easy24 platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing easy24 staff or other platform users
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your easy24 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your account details and a written request for closure. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals that have passed KYC verification will be processed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

8.2 Closure by easy24

easy24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (b) the account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe; (c) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (d) it is in the interest of the integrity of the platform or the wellbeing of the player to do so; or (e) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it. Where an account is closed by easy24 for reasons of player protection (such as problem gambling concerns), any genuine account balance will be returned to the player.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may voluntarily self-exclude their easy24 account. Temporary cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and six weeks are available via the responsible gaming section of the account settings panel. For permanent self-exclusion, players should contact [email protected] directly. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or logins will be accepted. 8.4 Dormant Account Closure

Accounts that have remained inactive (no login) for a period of 36 consecutive months and carry a zero or negligible balance may be archived and effectively closed by easy24 without prior notice. Accounts with a meaningful positive balance will receive prior email notification before any dormant account closure action is taken.

8.5 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by easy24 — your right to access and use the easy24 platform ceases immediately. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply after account closure.
