2.4 KYC Verification

3.3 Player Funds
easy24 holds player funds in accounts that are separated from the company's operational funds. 3.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. easy24 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, as detailed in the account management section of the platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your easy24 account at least once within any 12-month period.

4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on easy24 is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume players may be asked to undergo enhanced KYC review. Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a previously set deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching
easy24 applies a payment method matching policy for withdrawals: withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect players against fraudulent withdrawal attempts. Any remaining withdrawal balance above the deposited amount may be processed via an alternative verified payment method at easy24's discretion.
4.5 Third-Party Payments
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether made intentionally or accidentally — will be returned to the source account and the associated easy24 account may be suspended pending investigation. easy24 is not responsible for funds sent from incorrectly identified accounts.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets and Wagers

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the easy24 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Registering more than one account, whether using your own details, fabricated details, or another person's details

- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or compromise the security of the easy24 platform
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing easy24 staff or other platform users
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls
easy24 employs real-time fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual audits of account activity. Accounts flagged for any of the above behaviours will be reviewed, suspended, and — where warranted — permanently closed without further notice.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request to close your easy24 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your account details and a written request for closure. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals that have passed KYC verification will be processed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.
8.2 Closure by easy24
easy24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (b) the account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe; (c) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (d) it is in the interest of the integrity of the platform or the wellbeing of the player to do so; or (e) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it. 8.3 Self-Exclusion

8.5 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by easy24 — your right to access and use the easy24 platform ceases immediately.
